Pamela Weller Gori
On March 31, 2023, at the age of 67, Pamela Weller Gori (Miami, Florida) passed away after a brief fight with cancer.
Pam Weller was a staple of Downtown Miami, having served as VP Asset Management at Bayside Marketplace.
The Last Interview
Early one January morning, a charming and dynamic Pamela Weller, gave our business correspondent, and me a tour. Most stores, restaurants, kiosks, and amenities had yet to open. The Pandemic had not spared anyone, but Bayside seemed to be on the rebound. “I remember when only a handful of visitors wandered by,” Pamela Weller said, “and now we can see the place bustling again, especially on weekends and holidays.”

The Neighbor
Pam Weller was a successful business executive, and also a conscientious Downtown neighbor, always ready to champion initiatives that enhanced our quality of life. For example, reaching agreements with community organizations to curtail noise pollution.
Rest in Peace
Pam is survived by her husband Al Gori; her stepson Christian Michael Gori; her siblings, Catherine Nelson (Scott Nelson), Denise Lepar (Ray Lepar), Andy Hinson (Christina Hinson) and Jon Hinson (Dee Dee Hinson); and her nieces and nephews, Jessica Nelson Grimsley, Heather Hinson, Jeremy Macke and Hunter Hinson.
A memorial service will be held tomorrow, Sunday April 23rd, 2023, at 3:00 PM at the Christ the King Lutheran Church (11295 SW 57th Ave, Pinecrest, FL 33156).
It is with sadness and pride — the pride of having known a fine lady and enjoyed her friendship — that I write these lines. Rest in peace my dear friend!
